Cancellation & Refund Policy

All prayer mass bookings made through Risen are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we cannot process cancellations or issue refunds under any circumstances, including for same-day bookings or completed services.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed only before the receipt is generated.
• You can change only the date of the mass. The selected intention and church cannot be modified.
• You may reschedule multiple times as long as the receipt has not been generated.
• To reschedule your booking, simply access the reschedule option available in your booking details.
